We're sure you will see the thought that has gone into the design of this condo....redesigned with larger 20"x12" upper beds (with snuggle sides) for added comfort and stretching room (former beds were 15"x12" - see comparison photo above). The two most important features to include in a cat condo are high perches and an enclosed house (large front entrance to house with a large platform play area). Cats will spend most of their time in these two places. This condo includes (3) hanging sisal play toys (cats love to chew on the knotted ends of the rope), and also a generous amount of genuine sisal rope for maintaining healthy claws, and for saving the new leather couch (*you have the option of adding more sisal). This classic two bed-style is great for multiple cats who like to sleep up high. And at a height of nearly 6 feet, this condo will make your cats leap for joy!

This unit is 68" tall with a 24"x24" base for stability. Every condo has been designed for easy assembly (using only a few simple bolts); a small wrench and screwdriver are all that is needed. Shipping weight is approximately 75 lbs.

Carpet Design Choices:

1) Two-tone (TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE): Posts and inside floor of beds are a lighter color, and everything else is a darker color....see Playland V, for example.

2) All-One-Color (Oatmeal)

Materials used: Only new, non-toxic materials are used to build this condo: solid 4x4 wood posts (not the standard 2x4 wood posts); "invisible" professional upholstery staples; high-quality, cut-pile carpet; and genuine sisal rope.

Typically ships fully insured via UPS within (10) business days.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are not completely satisfied with your condo, please contact us via email within (3) days of receiving your condo. Condo must be returned (insured) in its cardboard box (box must be like-new and sturdy) within (7) days of refund request. Condo must be new and unused. Please consider the sizing carefully by measuring and weighing your cat(s). We do not accept returns other than defective merchandise after this item has been assembled and/or used. If the piece arrives damaged, notify us immediately!
