For the truly blessed kitties, this model is the jackpot of kitty condos! This model features all the goodies that make cats ecstatic about being alive; (7) levels, a large front entrance house, hanging toys, plush carpet, scratching posts, and plenty of lounging/playing space. At 76" tall, with a 24"x24" base for stability, even cautious cats can easily navigate their way up to the (3) 12"x15" top beds with snuggle sides (inside nesting area measures approximately 10-1/2" x 8") for the perfect view of the living room horizon. And when it comes time to stretch those claws, there is sisal galore on the (4) scratching posts (*you have the option of adding more sisal). There are even (3) hanging sisal toys for developing and maintaining paw-eye coordination (cats love to chew on the knotted ends of the rope). This sturdy piece of furniture may be tall, but it easily fits in a corner or along the wall, taking up only 2-square-feet of floor space.

Every condo has been designed for easy assembly (using only a few simple bolts). A small wrench and screwdriver are all that is needed. Shipping weight is approximately 90 lbs.

1) Two-tone (TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE): Posts and inside floor of beds are a lighter color, and everything else is a darker color (as in photo above).

2) All-One-Color (Oatmeal)

Materials used: Only new, non-toxic materials are used to build this condo: solid 4x4 wood posts (not the standard 2x4 wood posts); "invisible" professional upholstery staples; high-quality, cut-pile carpet; and genuine sisal rope.

Condo must be returned (insured) in its cardboard box (box must be like-new and sturdy) within (7) days of refund request. Condo must be new and unused. Please consider the sizing carefully by measuring and weighing your cat(s). We do not accept returns other than defective merchandise after this item has been assembled and/or used. If the piece arrives damaged, notify us immediately!
