The Tall Pet Steps are available in 6-Steps (1-piece - NO ASSEMBLY REQUIRED) and 7- and 8-Steps (two-piece stairs which allow for less expensive shipping). Many customers are asking for taller units, but the cost of custom units + shipping can be exorbitant. If the 7- and 8-Steps were built as one piece, shipping would typically be over $100, and the 8-Steps could not be shipped by UPS. Assembly is easy, requiring only 4 wing nuts to twist on, for the 7- and 8-Steps. No tools are required! The 7- and 8-Steps are as stable as if they were a one-piece unit. All models are constructed of wood and covered with plush cut-pile commercial carpet. These steps will provide your pet with years of assistance and enjoyment. The carpet is very dense and durable, lasting up to 10 times longer when subjected to rough use. Carpet shades will vary from time to time; however, most shades are in the medium range. Standard colors are Beige, Brown, Gray, Blue and Black (no
longer available in Green). Also available in animal prints... Leopard Steps/Black Sides....or Zebra Steps/Black Sides (see examples at bottom of page).

**RETURN POLICY**
1. All returns require a Return Authorization Number (returns without a Return Authorization Number will incur a 30% restocking fee)
2. Returns with an authorization number will incur a 15% restocking fee for standard orders
3. Steps with an added back will incur a 20% restocking fee (this does not apply to the Tiny Steps series or the 6, 7 and 8 Tall Steps)
4. Animal print orders have a 25% restocking fee
5. Shipping fees are non-refundable
6. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees unless product is defective
7. Returns that are obviously used will incur a 50% restocking fee
8. All returns must be received within 30 days of original shipment date
9. Please put the Return Authorization # on the outside of the box and place documentation inside the box with your name, our name (Catgrace.com), and Return Authorization #
